Returns & Exchanges

At Appalachian Baby Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heirloom-quality purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our West Virginia studio using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
